Hello, Beautiful One! Welcome to SOMA
Ready for an integrated sustainable approach to healing and supporting wellness in your body, mind, and spirit?
Are you excited about approaches that revitalize your self-healing abilities while also helping you be an active part of creating healthy and heart-centred communities of care?
We've got you covered.

You, the Magical Creator.
You see the importance of re-connecting your mental health, body health, and spiritual health and are excited to develop more tools and strategies for maintaining a holistic, balanced, and self-loving life.

You, the Giver.
You share your gifts, energy, and time in support of others to live more fully and connect with their dreams.

You, the Life-Long Learner.
Your desire to seek is frequently leading you down the path to understand more. More about yourself, others, and the world. You share knowledge with others, build communities, and work hard to make this world a more equitable, loving, and healthy place. YOU need affirmation, care, and support too!

You're a Complex Person.
You're curious and possess an ever-growing awareness between the deep connection between your Gut Health, Back Pain, Nutrition, Fatigue, Stress Reduction, Chakra + Energy Balancing, Social + Environmental Impacts, Racial Equity, “Burn-Out”, and Spiritual Healing. You’re a truth-seeker who wants to live in harmony with nature, your inner self, and others.
We feel you AND we are you too!
We love to support amazing people like yourself so you can keep learning YOU and doing YOU for as long as your heart calls you to.
We went deep and we are very serious (with a nice dose of silliness and laughter) about building healthy communities and supporting you in long-lasting embodied wellness. If you’re ready to bring us on the journey,
LET'S DO THIS!
Testimonials
Land Acknowledgement
Much of our work is shared on Turtle Island and Heart Island (aka North + South America) and we acknowledge and extend deep gratitude to all of the Indigenous peoples, original caretakers of this land. One of the main places that we sit is land that is the territory of the Huron-Wendat and Petun First Nations, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. The territory was the subject of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Iroquois Confederacy and Confederacy of the Ojibwe and allied nations to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Our work is carried on and done with many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and Heart Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work in the community, on these territories, with the intention of the offerings to be of benefit to the ancestors and Indigenous peoples of these lands and Indigenous Peoples of other lands across Mother Earth.
