SOMA AYURVEDA + INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS

Activate. Integrate. Embody.

The integrative wellness modalities offered by SOMA practitioners, reignites, activates, and brings to surface your mind, body, and spirit’s innate wisdom and self-healing abilities. We are here to be one kind of support in your journey.

As practitioners we bridge traditional principles, practices, and protocols of these time-tested modalities to the modern-day person and lifestyle.

Our individual paths to living well and living whole are roots for creating the harmonized relationships, communities, and world that we collectively envision. We are excited to envision with you.

SOMA is the anchor point for the other branches of services and programs that we offer. The branches include Deep Dharma Institute, Holistic Design Village, and Moongold.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge this land as Turtle Island. As most of our work is centred on the continent of North America, we acknowledge all of the Indigenous peoples, original caretakers of this land (and original people’s of lands across Mother Earth). One of the places that we sit is land that is the territory of the Huron-Wendat and Petun First Nations, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. The territory was the subject of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Iroquois Confederacy and Confederacy of the Ojibwe and allied nations to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Our work is carried on, done on, and done with many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work in the community, on this territory.
